Terms & Conditions..

All orders placed with Worksop Weddings are subject to acceptance with these terms and conditions.

Worksop Weddings reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

Designs

All our wedding stationery designs are the property and copyright of Worksop Weddings.  You must ensure you have permission to use any of our materials. 

You or a third party, may not copy any part of our design or reproduce them in any way. 

 You must also ensure you have the appropriate permission to use any material such as poems, photos etc, which you ask us to include within your products.

Advertising

Worksop Weddings reserves the right to use your products in our promotional material, website, and social media platforms.  We will never disclose your personal details or wedding details to third parties.  We will endeavour to use your material after your guests have had the opportunity to receive / see it.

Payments

Worksop Weddings accepts payments via BACs transfer, Paypal, Major Debit and Credit Cards, or Cash if local.

Unless you are paying in full, orders will require a £50 NON REFUNDABLE (after 7 days, see cancellations, returns and refunds below) deposit and the remaining balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the delivery of your items.

Should the total cost of your order be under £50, items are to be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Proofs

You may receive a proof of your item. (Not all items have this service) This will provide you with the opportunity to approve the layout and details.

This will be sent to you after full payment has been received.

This is your opportunity to check and make sure all spellings and details are correct before printing your full order. 

Any changes required made after printing will be charged a wastage cost.

Worksop Weddings cannot be held responsible for any errors in wording which you have supplied.  Please check it is free from spelling and grammar mistakes prior to sending.

Postage

If you are within the local area, you may collect your items from Worksop, or I can arrange local delivery.

If you are not local, all items will be sent tracked via Royal Mail.

Any Overseas orders will be sent using an express courier such as DPD or UPS.

Postage costs will vary depending on your destination and the shape, size, and quantity of products ordered.  Shipping costs will be discussed at the time of ordering and added to the purchase price.

You are responsible for providing the correct postal address and we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of orders if you fail to provide the correct address

Cancellations, returns and refunds

We really would like you to be happy with your purchase so if you have any problems please do get in touch with us as soon as you can.

You may cancel your order at any time.

If you cancel up to 7 days after paying your deposit you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel after 7 days of placing your order, the full deposit will be non refundable.

Orders paid in full will be fully refunded if cancelled within 7 days, after that £50 will be retained and the remaining amount will be refunded; unless design work has been completed, then additional money may be retained to cover such activities.

Once full payment is made 8 weeks prior to receiving your order, cancellations will be accepted and partial refunds will be made, the amount refunded will be dependent on the amount of design and printing activity which has been undertaken.

If you receive your stationery and it is deemed faulty on the part of Worksop Weddings, then please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item/s and we will be happy to current or replace the item/s for you.

Additional points to note

Please note that as all items are handmade there may be some slight differences between products.
Colours shown on digital devices may not be true to real life and may also vary between screens.
When you receive your item/s, please do not store them in overly hot, cold, or damp conditions as it may cause damage.

Hire of Items Terms and Conditions

Our promise to you

We will always fulfil booked and paid in full hire of items, if for any reason we are unable to do so on the day we will contact your nominated person and your venue immediately.  In cases where the fault is with Worksop Weddings you will receive a full refund.

Cancelling the hire of items

Should you wish to cancel the hire of any of our items you can do so at any time.

Sweet Cart

If you cancel up to 2 months before the date of your event you will be charged £50 plus the cost of any sweets that have been purchased on your behalf.  You are entitled to the sweets if this is the case.

If you cancel more than 2 months in advance of your event you will be entitled to a refund minus the £50 non refundable deposit.

Post box and ladders

If you cancel up to 1 month before the date of your event you will be charged the cost to hire the item, any additional balance will be refunded fully.

If you cancel more than 1 month in advance you will be entitled to a full refund.
